Delivery

1. Our standard delivery charge for our outlet items is £149 (please see T&Cs for more details).
2. Our in-house, white glove delivery service
   

   1. Sofas & Stuff uses our own in-house delivery team who are highly trained delivery professionals. 
   2. We understand the importance of a great delivery service and that is why we offer a two-person, white-glove service who will ensure that the product is brought into the home, unwrapped, set up, and then all packaging taken away at the end.
3. Worried about your product not fitting into your home?
   1. Our delivery team offer an access check service (£59) where they will attend your home to measure up and ensure your product will fit.
4. Booking your delivery date
   1. Our delivery team will reach out in advance of delivery to organise a suitable delivery date that works for you.
   2. Customers will be able to track their delivery on our tracking service on the day of delivery.

Returns

1. For Sofas & Stuff outlet pieces that are purchased online, these can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund.  Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as they arrived.
2. Delivery costs are non-refundable and you will be charged a £149 collection fee for any furniture that is returned.
