We have our own dedicated delivery team who will do everything they can to make your delivery as smooth an experience as possible.
Our handmade collection are delivered around 10 weeks from the date you place your order assuming all the fabric is in stock.
We do not deliver abroad as standard but we are always here to help you. We have delivery partners who can assist in Europe and they can provide quotes directly to you. Alternatively we will deliver to any international shippers in the UK of your choice. Please contact our customer service centre for more information.
We offer a fuss-free returns policy on all orders placed through the website, where there has been no contact with a showroom. This promise applies to sofas, sofa beds, footstools, chairs and beds in fabrics selected from our website, provided you unwrap and inspect the goods on delivery and advise the carrier of any defects at that time. It does not apply to corner or chaise units, or to any special 'made to order' items, including furniture made in fabrics that are not available on the website.
Please note that goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (made to measure) CANNOT be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. We may allow an order to be returned, but we will charge a 25% restocking fee and 75% credit note towards a new purchase. We will not accept refunds. This is entirely at our discretion.
Mattresses, however, can only be returned if their packaging has not been opened.

Information about lead time can be found on the individual fabric product description page. Your local showroom will keep you up to date on the progress of your fabric order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact your your nearest showroom.
As the fabrics are printed and/or cut to order, we cannot accept returns and exchanges of fabrics purchased by the metre, unless they are faulty.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our head office on 01798 300353 Option 2 or email support@sofasandstuff.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
